Tell Me a Story exhibited artworks from Jimmy Kuehnle, his collected stories from recent travels to Mexico, Japan, Germany and the U.S. The un-translated accounts provided a sense of universality as well as a feeling of disorientation. In addition to the show, a special interactive performance took place, with the energy of Kuehnle’s recent bicycle performances tangled up into an interactive electronic extravaganza. Kuehnle used AV cables to create a network of potential human-video connections while setting the stage to bellow out to all loud and clear, also the title of the show.
