Pink Lemonade featured the work of San Antonio artist Zane Lewis. Created exclusively from pink lemonade, Lewis’s piece entitled Pink Lemonade acknowledges the artificial situation of display. He explained, “What were once singular, pure materials have undergone a transformation process thus creating a new substance. The substance, pink lemonade, though now ‘real’ remains a product of synthetic gesture.”
