Blue Star Ten was curated by Benito Huerta and exhibited artworks from Judy Bankhead, José Luis Rivera Barrera, Joe Castrado-Cazares, Deborah Maverick Kelley, Constance Lowe, César Agusto Martinez, Lisa Nichols, Michael Nye, Alex Rubio, and Shawn Wallis. Huerta wrote of the show, “One + Nine, an exhibition of diverse ideas, imagery and styles which reflect the depth and diversity of the city’s fabric.”
