This public program is free with registration.
On International Human Rights Day, Please Form A Straight Line exhibiting artist Mark Menjivar will lead a socially distanced walk starting at Contemporary at Blue Star to Sala Diaz (.7 miles) where participants will engage in response activities that connect his artwork at both sites. A companion solo exhibition of Menjivar’s work titled Birds, Rats, Roses, further investigating themes of capital punishment and contents of the DLP archive, is concurrenlty on view at Sala Diaz. Sala Diaz is located at 517 Stieren St, San Antonio, TX 78210.
