About the Artist
Ann Enzminger is a multidisciplinary artist, curator, and writer whose practice centers on psychogeographic meditations on place and a deep interest in how quickly the past is forgotten. Working across painting and fiber-based media, she uses modest, often repurposed materials to explore memory, landscape, and the stories embedded in everyday environments.
A Texas native who spent nearly twenty years in New York City, Enzminger brings extensive experience in public art, community projects, and collaborative exhibition-making. Her approach to art making emphasizes curiosity, experimentation, and close attention to the relationships between materials, place, and personal narrative.
Enzminger holds a Master’s degree in Media Studies and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The New School in New York. Her professional background includes producing exhibitions, public art installations, and community-focused events throughout New York and San Antonio.
