Eligible applicants must satisfy the following:

– Be a Bexar County resident (may attend school outside of the county)

– Completed at least one semester at a community college, college, or university

– Enrolled and attending classes in the Spring 2022 semester

– Not have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher before June 2022
