Welcome Migratory Birds with Mark Menjívar

Join the Contemporary and exhibiting artist Mark Menjivar for a sign-making workshop where participants are invited to make a welcome/goodbye sign for the migratory birds passing through Texas this spring. This workshop is a continuation of Mark’s project “La Misma Canción (The Same Song),” an ongoing, multi-site project that makes connections between bird and human migration.

This all-ages event is free and open to the public with registration.
